What HereNow does
What does HereNow Midlands provide?
HereNow provides agreed local presence and factual visible-condition documentation. Depending on the agreed scope, a visit may include photos, plain-language notes, arrival and departure details, and a clear record of limitations.
Can HereNow attend a vendor, delivery, or contractor window?
For an agreed, non-emergency window, HereNow may provide local presence and document visible activity. We do not supervise work, direct a vendor, guarantee a result, or provide security.
Can HereNow make more than one visit?
A customer may ask about repeat or milestone-based visits. Each visit is separately reviewed and scoped; this does not create standing authority, a subscription, or an availability guarantee.
Service boundaries
Is this a home or property inspection?
No. HereNow documents what was visibly present during an agreed visit. It does not perform technical, structural, safety, code, or professional inspections or diagnoses.
Is HereNow home watch, property management, or security?
No. HereNow does not provide home watch, property management, repair or maintenance, security or surveillance, emergency response, caregiving, or professional custody.
Can HereNow enter a home or building?
Only agreed accessible areas are included. Access authority, the requested areas, and the visit scope are reviewed before a visit is agreed.
Requests and visit records
Does submitting a request book a visit?
No. A request is reviewed for scope, location, access, timing, and service fit before any visit is discussed or agreed.
What will I receive after an agreed visit?
You receive a clear visit record based on the agreed scope. It may include dated photos, plain-language notes on visible conditions or activity, and relevant limitations.
Can a visit record be used as a guarantee or assessment?
No. A visit record documents what was visibly observed during the agreed visit. It is not a warranty, appraisal, legal opinion, safety assessment, or guarantee about concealed or future conditions.

Where is the primary service area?
HereNow's primary public service area includes Fairfield, Lexington, Newberry, and Richland counties in South Carolina.
What if my property is nearby but outside the primary service area?
Nearby Midlands requests are reviewed individually for location, travel, timing, and requested scope. They are not a promise of availability, booking, timing, or service outcome.
