Service Terms

HereNow Midlands is a service of OR Foundry LLC in South Carolina. These terms describe the limited documentation service offered by HereNow Midlands. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
Requests are not bookings
A request is subject to scope review and acceptance. HereNow Midlands does not confirm a visit, availability, price, or service outcome until the parties agree to a defined scope and service window.
What the service provides
HereNow Midlands may provide local presence during an agreed non-emergency window, clear documentation of visible conditions in agreed accessible areas, and documented receipt or handoff of ordinary permitted items when that work fits the agreed scope. The resulting record may include timestamps, clear notes, and photographs.
Service boundaries
HereNow Midlands does not provide licensed inspections, technical diagnoses, legal representation, appraisals, property management, repair or maintenance, security services, emergency response, surveillance, professional custody, or guarantees regarding concealed or future conditions. We do not make technical, structural, safety, code, or professional-inspection determinations.
Access, safety, and excluded work
The customer or authorized contact is responsible for confirming access authority and providing accurate scope information. HereNow Midlands may decline, pause, or end work where access authority is unclear, conditions appear unsafe, the request is outside scope, a handoff is disputed, or required documentation cannot reasonably be obtained. No emergency response is available; contact emergency services when appropriate.
Visit record and photographs
Reports document activities performed and visible conditions observed during the requested service. Photographs and notes are limited to what was reasonably visible or communicated during the service window. A customer report is a service record of what was observed, not an inspection report, warranty, appraisal, legal opinion, or guarantee.
Final reports and corrections
When a final customer PDF is generated, it preserves the submitted report revision as an immutable record. A correction requires a linked revision or addendum; a previously finalized report is not silently changed. Downloading a report does not by itself establish delivery.
